2. Technical requirements

Minimum finished size: 50 x 50 mm.

Required bleed: Minimum 3 mm.

Safe margins: Keep important elements (text, logos) at least 5 mm from trim edges.
3. Paper type and design preparation
Pay close attention to the selected paper type because it directly affects the final appearance:
-
coated matt 300g/m² (double-sided coated): Colours will appear equally saturated on both sides.

one-side coated paperboard 250g/m2: one-side coated paperboard 250g/m2.
-
Side 1 (smooth / coated): Colours will appear vivid and saturated. This is also the side where lamination is applied (if ordered).

Side 2 (rough / uncoated): Colours will appear darker and less saturated.
